2010 Holiday Schedule City of Conway Sanitation Department Holiday Closing Notice Labor Day Holiday 2010 The City of Conway Sanitation Department office and Landfill will be closed Monday, September 6, 2010, in observance of Labor Day. The office and Landfill will reopen for normal business hours on Tuesday, September 7, 2010. Residential Recycling routes will not run on Monday, September 6th and will resume regular weekly collection the following Monday, September 13th. Commercial routes will run as scheduled on Monday, September 6th. (NOTE: Unbagged and undecorated Christmas trees may be set out with yard waste when service resumes; or placed on the side of official Game & Fish boat ramps. Game and Fish officers will place these “fish habitats” in appropriate locations; for more information on this program, call Game & Fish at 470-3309, ext. 203 or 204). Reminders: We accept non-foil gift/tissue wrap and cards; pie tins; steel cans; and so much more...please review the items we can accept...the holidays create so many recyclables. EXCESS recyclables are always accepted: The excess should be placed in any labeled bag & set out three feet from your blue cart (not on top or touching it please).

Labor Day Holiday 2010
